You know, I've been thinking recently. So many devices have this little disclaimer on them, "this device must accept all interference." I want to one day get an electronic device that says "this device doesn't have to accept interference and can in fact destroy any other item which interferes with this device's correct operation." Wouldn't that just be grand?

maybe xanga is dead.

or maybe i felt guilty after my last post and avoided Xanga to avoid facing that fact? Yeah, probably that one.

Plus I always wonder who reads this and what all I should talk about here.

Hmm....I'm 20 now.

For the last two years I've dreamed of a surprise party. I guess I'll have to plan my own...cause I'd like one...hmm it's just really difficult, logistically speaking. I'll put some more thought into it and figure out how to do it.

I keep getting headaches, especially when I read. Or type, like right now. I wonder if I might have a brain tumor, or maybe I should go see an optometrist? I don't know...

I'd like to go diving this weekend...but Melissa is surprising me by taking me somewhere...and I think I'd rather spend the day with her than diving.

It's not fair though...most people have hobbies and stress relievers that they can do often. Not only can I not cave dive much, but my parents hate the fact that I cave dive, so I always feel bad about cave diving.

I pondered that last line for a few seconds until my head started to throb from reading it. I hate headaches. Maybe I will go see an optometrist...Walmart has them nowadays right? maybe not, it's probably nothing.

Well I'm going to go start planning that surprise party. More fun than homework.

I spent the last weekend in Pembroke Pines, with Melissa and her family. Good weekend, I really enjoyed getting to know her family better, they are all really super nice and cool people. We watched two movies with her friend Mari, and went to the beach too, and did homework...and played with Fluffy, her pomeranian. All in all, it was a great weekend!

Melissa aka "the Kraken"

I look very pale, she looks very scared.

"Parents sighted, captain!"

Do I look like a horse? Do I look like a donkey? Do I look like a sucker for a beautiful woman?
(Answer: the last one.)

That's Mari on the right...and yes, Melissa is just floating there.

Universal Knights was fun...basically 4pm-1am one night a year, lots of UCF students get in free at Islands of Adventure...SGA gets lots of tickets and hands them out. I went with Melissa and her roommate Chelsea, and her boyfriend Nick. We met up with some of her friends from classes for a bit, then later with another set of friends from classes and highschool. Very nice dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, and I had a great night with Melissa.

Pictures are from Student Undergradute Research Exposition, where Melissa presented her herbal garden project, way cool and I'm so proud of her :D The first picture is obviously not from SURE, it's a random cute picture of a penguin from Valentine's Day :)
